Sean Kavanaugh is a singer/song writer who specializes in learning acoustic covers of songs across all genres. Since 2016, Kavanaugh played local gigs at breweries and bars filling two hour sets with both originals as well as cover songs.
He also played at private events and weddings. While in Missoula, he participated in song writing circles, Project Community Connect (an event set for bringing resources to people experiencing homelessness), the Veterans Suicide Awareness Walk, as well as multiple weddings.
He now gigs in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. He plays at Chalice Brewing every Wednesday and Castaway Cellar's Winery every Friday.
For gear, he uses a Taylor 814ce as well as a Taylor 514ce. I have two Electro-Voice Evolve 30m column speaker PA system, each having a 1000 w amplifier, 45hz to 20khz range, and 120°x 40° coverage. It can easily be mixed out to a bigger PA system. He also uses a Shure beta 58A mic and has his own cables and mic stands.
