Please Join Tyler Flores representing the Seven Hills Winery at the Steam Plant on Wednesday July 20th for our Monthly Wine Tasting from 5:30-6:30pm. There will be Featured Wines with appetizers for this Tasting Event. $20 for the Tasting or Complimentary with the Steam Plant Wine Club Membership. SEVEN HILLS WINERY COLUMBIA VALLEY ROSE 2021 10 | 30
In the glass, the wine is pale salmon in color with a copper hue. The nose is marked by pronounced aromas of white peach, grapefruit zest, and fresh strawberries and hints of minerality. The palate has a light body, velvety texture with flavors of grapefruit, lime zest, pineberry (white strawberries) and peach, finishing with balanced acidity. Pairs well with sunshine and patios, a local taco truck, or barbequed chicken.

Ruby in color; aromatics of cherries, mountain raspberries, dark chocolate, and hints of herbs. Medium body and length; with flavors of black cherries, raspberries and mocha leading into velvety tannins with notes of coco powder and baking spices on the finish. This wine is a great mealtime wine and pairs well with grilled waygu beef hamburgers or portabella mushroom with gouda or white cheddar cheese and grilled onions. This wine will be best enjoyed upon release and over the next five years.

Garnet in color opening with aromas of black cherries, anise, cocoa powder, baking spices, cordial, with hints for fresh herbs and wet earth. Medium body wine with lush texture, firm tannins and balanced acidity shows flavors of dried cherries, raspberry, dark chocolate, cinnamon stick, and vanilla bean with a touch of dried herbs. Peak drinking within 3-5 years from vintage date but will age nicely up to 10 years. Pairs well with heavy dishes like rib eye or beef bourguignon or mushroom gratin.
