It's finally here, Valentine's Day weekend. Some of you have been dreading it while most of you have been looking forward to it. We have very limited availability on Saturday and Sunday, unless you are willing to dine early or late, but there is nothing wrong with celebrating the day on Friday or Monday. Friday and Saturday we will be offering our prime rib special, just like most weekends. We are saving the prime rib and King crab duet for Sunday, though. And Chef Matthews has even bumped up the pportiion size on the prime rib to ten ounces! Hope to see you down here.

Curious Factoid

Did you know that February 14th is also known as National Organ Donor Day? It's true! Although the going story is that this day was created to encourage people to become organ donors, we think it is more closely related to that organ that beats in our chests since so many of them are given away on this day as well.

Beer 101

What is wort? Wort is is the liquid extracted from the mashing process during the brewing process. Wort contains the sugars that will be consumed during fermentation by the yeast. This wonderful metabolic process results in curious little by-product known as alcohol.

Kegs

It's not too soon to start thinking about where you are going to be purchasing your barley pop that is a MUST to have while you are watching some March Madness games. Even though there are games being played at the Arena, our beer will not be there.
