The Brewery

That's right! We are also a brewery and have been since 1999. Our small, yet beautiful 10-barrel system is nestled in the back of the restaurant. We source locally and regionally for many of the grains and hops used in our beers. We offer a wide variety of styles and we are sure that there is one that is bound to be YOUR next favorite. And if you haven't tried it, ask for a sample of the Double Stack Stout, our landmark beer and by far our patrons' most favorite!

Growlers

Want a beer to go? We offer all of our beers to go in beautifully embossed Steam Plant Growlers. What’s a Growler? A Growler is a one-half gallon glass jug filled with the beer of your choice for you to enjoy at home or a party. You can take one home empty, too.

Beer Menu

Blonde Ale

Our lightest beer provides you with a gateway to the wonderful world of microbrews. Once you’ve tried this, you’ll never go back to a macro!

Huckleberry Harvest Ale

A light-bodied beer with the subtle aroma of huckleberries and just a hint of sweetness on the palate.

Jalapeno Ale

A unique combination of a light, malty beverage and the incredible flavor of jalapenos. Oh yeah...this one has got a little bit of a kick to it!

Cutter's Pale Ale

Our pale ale is medium-bodied, and highly quaffable! Good balance between the malts and hops make this a very enjoyable beer.

Highland Scottish Ale

Rich amber color, full-bodied and malty with a very low hop presence.

Whitman's Wheat Ale

This German-style wheat beer (or weizenbeir) is medium-bodied, light and refreshing. The aroma and flavor have notes of bananas and cloves with a hint of citrus.

Big Brick Brown Ale

This highly quaffable creation has a slight nutty flavor, is medium-bodied, and has mild bitterness.

Firebox IPA

You asked for it so here it is - more IBU’s! You’ll find both the floral hop aromas and distinctive hop bitterness you would expect from a traditional IPA.

Double Stack Stout

Easily our most popular beer, this stout has achieved iconic status. A traditional stout accentuated with vanilla and bourbon flavors creates an explosion of flavors unlike any you have tried before. Look around and you’ll see how many fans this beer has! This one takes a while to make so we charge a bit more, but it is worth it!

Burgers & Sandwiches

Served with your choice of seasoned fries or sweet potato fries.

Fishwich

Alaskan cod dipped in a beer batter made with our own Scottish Ale then deep-fried. Served with chipotle mayonnaise, lettuce, onion, tomato and a pickle spear.     11

Sriracha Chicken Sandwich

Chicken breast dusted with Chinese five spice and broiled. Served on a brioche bun with Asian slaw and sriracha aioli.     13

Chorizo Burger

Lazy R Ranch grass-fed ground beef mixed with chorizo sausage, broiled and topped with green chiles, jalapenos and pepperjack cheese. Served on a pub bun with chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, red onions and a pickle.     15

Coal Hopper Burger *

Premium ground beef from the Lazy R Ranch in Cheney seasoned with our own special blend of spices, broiled and served with hop mayonnaise, bacon jam, lettuce, tomato, onion and a pickle spear.     12

Buffalo Burger *

Montana-raised buffalo lightly seasoned, broiled and basted with our very own Huckleberry Harvest Ale BBQ sauce and served on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, red onions and pickles.     14

Street Tacos

A marinated Kobe beef carne asada served on four inch corn tortilla rounds with jicama slaw and a lime wedge.     Three for 6 or five for 9

Fish and Chips

Hand-cut pieces of cod dipped in a seasoned tempura batter made with our own Highland Scottish Ale and fried golden brown. Served with house-made tartar sauce, jicama coleslaw and a lemon wheel.     16

Chicken Fried Steak

Chicken fried steak, hand-breaded then fried and served with our Whitman Wheat Ale sausage country gravy, garlic mashed potatoes and oven-roasted vegetables.     15
